Procurement Business Partner

Procurement Business Partner for Senior Management in the Regions for yearly Category planning and network development

Overall Procurement accountability of Transport and Contract Logistics categories in the AMS region

Responsible for developing and securing implementation of Global Procurement Distribution Category strategy irrespective of geographies

Responsible for securing alignment, global perspective, and a harmonized approach with regional heads regarding the specific category

Holds accountability of the overall Regional (AMS) spend and results

Acts as Global Procurement key account manager for strategic suppliers covering multiple services and entities across multiple geographies and stakeholders

Leads the planning and execution of Global/Regional strategic sourcing projects – 3 to 10 year horizon

Extensive experience in procuring Contract Logistics and Transportation services in multinational companies

Global Procurement category/account management experience with a proven record of managing complex and geographically distributed accounts

Strong understanding of logistics vendors, regional landscapes, market trends, contracts, and regulations

Strong competence in developing strategic supply bases and effective business relationship models across multiple geographies

Experience negotiating complex agreements with industry leaders and developing innovative solutions through partnership

Ability to effectively communicate, steer, and influence at senior levels inside the company and with business partners

Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work on long-term scenarios and multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation: $180k - 195k with benefits (+relocation package)
