The Senior Manager will lead program development, governance, and operational execution of the business continuity framework while partnering with stakeholders across Security, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, HR, and regional leadership teams. This position will also help align continuity capabilities with crisis management processes and IT disaster recovery programs to support a comprehensive resilience strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and enhance the enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, including governance frameworks, policies, and operational standards.
  • Support the development and execution of a multi-year BCM maturity roadmap aligned with enterprise risk priorities and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain program documentation, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency across business units and regions.
  • Track program metrics and performance indicators to measure organizational resilience and program effectiveness.

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify operational vulnerabilities and inform resilience planning.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of business continuity plans across global business units.
  • Partner with Enterprise teams—such as Technology and Cyber Security—to ensure business continuity plans align with IT disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Support integration of continuity planning into broader operational resilience and enterprise risk management initiatives.
  • Support enterprise crisis management preparedness and response by coordinating continuity planning with enterprise and executive response teams.

  • Ensure lessons learned from incidents are documented and incorporated into program improvements.
  • Design and coordinate business continuity exercises, simulations, and tabletop exercises across the organization.
  • Evaluate exercise outcomes and develop corrective action plans to improve preparedness.
  • Ensure testing activities validate continuity plans and support continuous improvement of resilience capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver business continuity training and awareness programs to strengthen organizational preparedness.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Security, IT, Legal, HR, Finance, and Operations to embed continuity practices into business operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for regional and functional teams implementing continuity plans.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track BCM program maturity, exercise outcomes, and resilience performance.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, emerging risks, and resilience initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits related to business continuity and operational resilience.
  • Maintain relationships with industry peers, resilience partners, and relevant organizations to support program development and situational awareness.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory and industry standards impacting operational resilience and continuity programs.
