• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles (Consultant, Researcher, Product Manager, Product Designer, or Strategist)
• Proven track record in innovation and strategic environments
• Experience in Consulting Agencies, venture-backed startups, or innovation departments
• Expertise in research design methodologies, business case development, and design thinking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in CX, design tools (Figma, Balsamiq), and workshop facilitation (Mural, Miro)

• Conduct market research and analysis for 0-1 product development, including competitive analysis and market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM)
• Develop and execute research plans (qualitative and quantitative) to gather market and customer insights
• Present compelling business cases with market analysis and financial projections (ROI, P&L, FCF)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, marketing) to design and develop innovative products
• Facilitate design thinking workshops following Design Sprint format
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and set key performance indicators (KPIs)
