Senior Manager, CGT Operations Business Process

Position Summary

Senior Manager, CGT Operations Business Process - lead global business process initiatives for CASGEVY, a CRISPR‑based autologous gene therapy for Sickle Cell Disease and Transfusion dependent beta thalassemia. The role collaborates cross‑functionally to design and own the end‑to‑end process, ensuring delivery in a GxP‑regulated environment across 9+ markets.

• Lead the evolution of the global end‑to‑end (E2E) process by identifying improvement areas and process gaps with stakeholders across commercial, quality, systems, and manufacturing, and spearheading work streams to implement changes that increase efficiency and support strategic priorities.
• Own and evolve global documentation leveraged by stakeholders across all markets and functions, including business process maps, SOPs, and other GxP materials to ensure alignment.
• Manage cross‑functional forums to advance business process initiatives, gather insights, and problem‑solve operational challenges, driving scalability through simplification, clarity, and standardization.
• Lead the global commercial GxP change management process, assess impact of updates to complex business processes, and own change control activities while fostering quality compliance.
• Advance forward‑thinking strategic projects in collaboration with the Disease Strategy Team (e.g., multi‑year scaling roadmap and next‑generation manufacturing strategy).

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Independent thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent project management skills to lead complex work streams with multiple stakeholders and work effectively across diverse functions.
• Strong meeting facilitation and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with GxP process and change management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with process analytics and reporting tools is a plus.

Pay Range: $136,000 – $204,000. Eligible for annual bonus, equity awards, and overtime pay in accordance with federal and state requirements.
