Minimum Qualifications:
• Prior relevant experience of at least 3 years with large organizations/projects with multiple projects and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Basic understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) activities and agile methodologies.
• Resume must indicate candidate is local to Boston, MA area or willing to relocate to Boston, MA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work directly with the Functional Manager following project processes and meeting quality expectations.
• Document functional design including user stories, process flows, and supplemental materials.
• Document meeting notes and action items from functional design meetings with the project stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting materials including in PowerPoint and Fig Jam to support functional design discussion.
• Support development and testing teams with understanding of desired functionality and respond to questions.
• Test the functionality once implemented for quality checks.
• Support user acceptance testing efforts.
• Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Co-Pilot).
• Strong collaboration and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced fast environment with multiple project teams and team leads.
• Understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, planning, and general administration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of using project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred.
