We are hiring a Fall 2026 Strategy Co-Op to work in our Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA Hub! Duration: 6 months Energy Management is Schneider Electric's largest business (€33bn in revenues in 2025) focusing on driving Sustainability and Digital transformation across homes, buildings, datacenters and infrastructure. As a Strategy analyst intern in the Energy Management Strategy Team, you will have a unique & exciting opportunity to support several high-level initiatives to drive profitable business growth.

What will you do? Conduct market research and strategic analysis on industry trends, competitive positioning, customer needs, and business performance Support strategic projects by analyzing complex business challenges and helping develop recommendations and action plans Create data-driven presentations and executive-ready materials to support decision-making by senior leadership Contribute to strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, portfolio management, market assessments, acquisitions, and business planning activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to support growth and transformation priorities within Energy Management What qualifications would make you successful?

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and develop recommendations Experience using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation development Demonstrated interest in strategy, sustainability, industrial markets, or digital transformation Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Currently based on Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $22.50-$35.50 per hour. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
