Agoda's Marketing team operates at the intersection of business strategy, data, and execution. We build and scale programs across growth, pricing, and commercial initiatives that drive customer value and sustainable business performance globally. We're analytical, fast-moving, and deeply cross‑functional — partnering closely with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Supply to shape Agoda's growth agenda.
The opportunityWe're looking for experienced Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics leaders to own high‑impact commercial initiatives from strategy through execution. You'll translate business goals into structured plans, lead cross‑functional programs, and use data and experimentation to unlock growth. This role sits at the center of key decisions — influencing how we grow, price, and operate across markets — with strong visibility to senior leadership.
Inthis role, you’ll get to
- Define and execute strategies within your scope — which may span areas like pricing, channel performance, customer acquisition, retention, or go‑to‑market — translating commercial priorities into testable hypotheses, scalable frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and other measurement approaches, to evaluate impact and sharpen decision‑making.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to surface trends, opportunities, and risks; build dashboards and executive‑ready narratives that communicate performance clearly.
- Model business impact, evaluate trade‑offs, and support planning around P&L, growth, and long‑term value creation.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Supply, and senior leadership to drive alignment and execution.
- Build playbooks and processes that enable repeatability and scale across markets, channels, or partners.
- Mentor and develop team members while contributing to a high‑performance, test‑and‑learn culture.
- 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics, revenue management, consulting, or related data‑driven roles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills — comfortable turning ambiguity into clear frameworks and action plans.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar BI/analytics tools; proven ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Practical experience with experimentation, measurement, and performance optimization.
- Strong business acumen: P&L drivers, unit economics, growth levers, and ROI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross‑functional audiences.
- High ownership and execution discipline in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a high‑growth digital business (e‑commerce, travel, tech, fintech) or an analytically rigorous environment such as management consulting or internal strategy.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting, machine learning, or hypothesis‑testing frameworks.
- Experience using Python or R for analysis, modeling, or automation.
- People management experience — hiring, coaching, and developing teams.
- Experience with external partners, affiliates, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or B2B/B2B2C channels.
