Senior Manager, CGT Operations Business Process

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, CGT Operations Business Process to lead global business process initiatives for CASGEVY, collaborating cross-functionally to design and own the end-to-end (vein-to-vein) process in a GxP-regulated environment.

• Lead the evolution of the Global end-to-end (E2E) process by identifying and addressing improvement areas and process gaps with stakeholders across commercial, quality, systems, and manufacturing; spearhead work streams to implement changes that increase efficiency and support strategic priorities.
• Own and evolve global documentation used across markets and functions, including business process maps, standard operating procedures, and other GxP materials.
• Manage cross-functional forums to advance initiatives, gather insights, and resolve operational challenges; drive scalability through simplification, clarity, and standardization.
• Lead global commercial GxP change management, assessing impact of process updates with subject matter experts and owning change control activities while ensuring quality compliance.
• Advance strategic projects with the Disease Strategy Team (e.g., multi-year scaling roadmap and next-generation manufacturing strategy business process).

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent project management skills for complex work streams with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Strong meeting facilitation and written and verbal communication skills.
• GxP process and change management experience highly preferred.
• Process analytics and reporting tools familiarity a plus.
