About The Strategy and Management Program
The Strategy and Management Summer Program is a 10‑week internship that provides an exclusive preview of the elite, two‑year development training program. The program prepares teammates to become future corporate leaders at Bank of America by providing direct experience in Digital Technologies, Fin Tech, Strategy, Innovation, and Management. Interns work in the Innovation function (Bank of America Strategy & Business Ventures) helping drive strategic growth initiatives across core business units and participating in a comprehensive training curriculum taught by BofA and industry experts.
Responsibilities- Build an in‑depth understanding of the business, client needs, and opportunities by gaining exposure to senior leaders and supporting high‑priority strategic initiatives that span functions such as strategy, product management, marketing, sales enablement, digital, operations, payments, and analytics.
- Be a part of an organization that drives initiatives which have the potential to shape industries, given our reach (10 billion annual client interactions, 4 000+ financial centers nationwide) and cutting‑edge expertise.
- Work with a diverse, high‑performing project team(s) to develop strategic recommendations with key internal leaders; test, launch, and operationalize new capabilities as part of these recommendations.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct‑to‑master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between November 2027 and August 2028.

- Demonstrates strong logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills, creativity, listening, communication, and presentation skills.

- Majoring in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Consulting, Mathematics, Data Analysis, Fin Tech, Marketing, or related fields.
- Has experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Has experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.

Primary program location is Charlotte, NC. Other locations listed will have limited availability based on business needs.
