We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, support Salesforce platform enhancements, and ensure business processes are aligned with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and Salesforce functional expertise while working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

- Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands‑on experience working with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting business process improvements
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
