Business Analyst II; Demand & Fulfillment

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand velocity analysis, placed vs. fulfilled quantity comparisons, and demand acceleration/deceleration signals.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost drivers and service trade‑offs. Use structured problem‑solving and quantitative analysis to recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and performance.
• Investigate shipping delays, customs issues, and inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Build, maintain, and ensure accurate, reliable data and trusted metric definitions within our semantic layer and scalable solutions that enable stakeholders to confidently self‑serve insights.
• Manage multiple priorities with limited oversight, proactively communicating risks and timelines. Represent Analytics on cross‑functional logistics initiatives and measure both qualitative and quantitative impact.

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role with demonstrated ownership of metrics or data‑driven initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex datasets into clear and actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex, or similar). Familiarity with modern data warehouses and analytics workflows (e.g., Snowflake, dbt) is a plus.
• High intellectual curiosity and a self‑starting mindset; comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

In addition to the U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position of $100,000 - $125,000, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package. Compensation is determined by role, level, and location and may be adjusted to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs.
