Renewal Specialist
The Renewal Specialist supports the renewals process through accurate data entry, quote creation, and administrative execution. This role works under close supervision to ensure timely renewal processing and provides essential operational support to the Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing customer renewals by preparing quotes, order forms, and documentation under supervision.
- Maintain and update renewal trackers, ensuring data accuracy across CRM and CPQ systems.
- Communicate renewal details to customers under guidance of AE, CSM as needed
- Ensure that renewals are processed accurately and on time, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
- Learn and apply CRM and CPQ tools for renewal quoting and record maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with sales operations and finance to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Follow established renewal procedures to maintain compliance and operational consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales support, renewals, or administrative operations within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
