Digital Product Management Intern – Santander US (Boston, MA)
OverviewThis internship is part of Santander’s Summer Internship Program, launching in June 2026. Participants receive immersive training in digital product management while contributing to real projects that drive innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities- Assess the creation and management of the digital portfolio and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply business and technology knowledge to enhance the requirement‑management process for digital products.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance to recommend improvements.
- Work with the development team to translate requirements into a refined, prioritized backlog.
- Promote Agile principles and facilitate backlog grooming meetings.
- Translate business requirements into IT application and process impacts.
- Research existing solutions; evaluate feasibility of new solutions when none exist.
- Analyze proposed solutions’ impact across the business and provide business or process perspectives.
- Perform data mining and analysis to address key business issues.
- Graduate student with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
- Major in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently on special projects and to contribute to a team environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and courage.
- Experience with Jira or Confluence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodology.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
Salary: $83,200/year (annualized, based on a 40‑hour work week). No relocation assistance is offered.
