Technical Product Specialist

About The OpportunityStep into a high-impact role at the center of FCM's platform evolution across the Americas. As a Technical Product Specialist, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of booking tool functionality, partnering with global teams to shape solutions that drive adoption and customer success. This is a dynamic opportunity to influence product direction, optimize performance across markets, and deliver meaningful change n a collaborative environment where innovation and regional expertise come together to power the future of travel technology.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage User Stories and business requirements for platform enhancements
- Conduct end-to-end product review and testing to ensure solutions are fit for purpose across Americas markets
- Collaborate with local teams (US, Canada, Mexico) to capture market-specific requirements
- Partner with Global Product Owners and development teams to prioritize work and allocate resources
- Support deployment, launch planning, and change management activities
- Deliver training and communication to support successful product adoption
- Track and communicate progress, risks, and delivery updates to senior stakeholders
- Share release notes tailored to the Americas, highlighting impactful changes
- Manage multiple work streams and stakeholder expectations across regions
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- Product management experience
- Experience with in FCM Americas business
- GDS experience, specifically Sabre
- Ability to write detailed requirements and user stories
- Experience in end-to-end product testing and delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work streams
- Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
- Senior-level experience (preferred)

Location:
Boston, MA
Salary: $96,000 - $114,000 per year.
