Senior Currency Administration Product Development Specialist

Responsibilities- Lead product development efforts across the Global foreign exchange business line, including project management, business analysis, and research.
- Prepare, document, and review business requirements for upcoming Currency Administration development items.
- Create test scenarios and cases in integrated system tests.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and oversee thorough systems testing in line with business requirements.
- Identify product gaps and opportunities, recommending creative business solutions.
- Coordinate and manage the business implications of technology implementations on current and future business environments.
- Help incorporate process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
- Provide business recommendations on complex issues.
- Support currency administration client service teams.
- Manage product development initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery within cost and scope parameters.
- Maintain effective project communication and collaboration across groups (Systems, Risk, FX, Operations).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, or related discipline (preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant work experience; experience in Fund Accounting and/or Currency Administration is an advantage.
- Excellent business analysis skills, including drafting business requirements, product proposals, and business/technical workflows.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange trading instruments.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and advisory skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and make sound business decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting time‑sensitive deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and VBA, and other coding languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary range: $85,000 – $130,000 base salary + annual target bonus. BBH’s compensation program includes discretionary bonuses and profit‑sharing. Base salaries may vary based on skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
