OverviewNew Frontier is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and systems-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to help build and scale the operational infrastructure that powers our Engagement & Growth organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the firm’s revenue engine operates with clarity, consistency, measurable accountability, and scalability. The Revenue Operations Manager will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, advisor engagement, onboarding, data management, and executive reporting, playing a critical role in supporting the launch and growth of Frontier One.
ResponsibilitiesThe Revenue Operations Manager will own and manage the operational infrastructure supporting the Engagement & Growth organization. This includes maintaining and improving CRM architecture, workflows, pipeline stages, lifecycle definitions, and reporting. The role requires establishing consistent pipeline governance, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and funnel reporting. Additionally, the manager will build executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership visibility across revenue generation activities, ensuring clean data management and integrity across systems.
The position also involves serving as the primary administrator for Hub Spot and related revenue operations systems, designing workflows, automation, lead routing, and integrations. The manager will support execution and measurement of marketing campaigns, advisor outreach initiatives, and manage campaign tracking and attribution reporting. Furthermore, the role includes supporting the enterprise sales and advisor engagement process through operational coordination and reporting, assisting with proposal workflows, and improving sales process consistency.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a related operational role, preferably within B2B SaaS, fintech, wealth management, or enterprise platform businesses.
- Strong hands‑on experience with CRM systems, particularly Hub Spot, is essential. Candidates should possess experience in building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and operational workflows, along with strong analytical, organizational, and process management skills.
- The ability to operate in a fast‑moving, evolving environment with ambiguity and changing priorities is crucial, as are strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial services, investment management, or wealth technology is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will embody a builder mentality, be a systems thinker, and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and follow‑through.
