Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets (Only w2) Visa Type
GC and USC
Experience Required10+ years overall, including a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the Capital Markets domain.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solutions that support capital markets operations and trading workflows.
- Prepare business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in Capital Markets.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements management tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
