Serving customers globally, we provide equipment, systems, and services that support reliable, efficient, and resilient power delivery. • Review, interpret, and negotiate prime contract terms and conditions to identify risk, protect GE Grid's interests, and support successful project execution.
  • Support contract project delivery and management throughout the full project lifecycle, from contract award through execution, change management, and closeout.
  • Lead the preparation, drafting, submission, and negotiation of claims, change orders, variation orders, and other formal contractual entitlements.
  • Develop and execute claims management strategies to preserve contractual rights and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure appropriate flow-down and back-to-back alignment of contractual obligations across subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including subcontracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, supply agreements, and related project documents.
  • Draft and manage formal notices, correspondence, and other contract communications with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks through proactive contract administration and negotiation.
  • Support resolution of subcontractor and supplier disputes, including invoicing issues, performance-related matters, and other commercial claims.
  • Partner with sourcing, procurement, project management, legal, finance, and operations teams to drive alignment on contract execution strategy and issue resolution.
  • Maintain contract records, key correspondence, and performance metrics in company systems to ensure compliance, transparency, and reporting accuracy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract drafting, contract negotiation, and commercial management in a fast-paced project or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong familiarity with commercial and legal terms applicable to energy-related infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience negotiating contract terms and conditions for complex commercial or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting EPC contract project delivery and contract management.
  • Experience with claims management, change orders, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
