At PwC, the Deals team delivers strategic advice and support on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. In Deal Strategy you will analyse market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks that guide clients in making informed decisions to optimise deal outcomes.
As a leader you will coach and develop team members, motivate high performance, and manage practice standards. You will also identify business opportunities that strengthen the Firm’s strategic position and ensure ethical conduct in all client engagements.
Skills- Analyse system linkages across complex deal components.
- Own project management including planning, budgeting, and execution.

- Mentor effectively and use work reviews to deepen expertise.

As part of the TMT Commercial Strategy Analytics team you will lead strategy and diligence projects, manage client accounts, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with GTM specialists. You will leverage analytics tools and advanced language skills to produce insightful recommendations and contribute to business development.

- Manage client relationships, focusing on strategic execution.
- Mentor junior team members to foster growth and project success.
- Collaborate with specialists to generate insights and client recommendations.
- Apply advanced analytics tools and languages to enhance outcomes.
- Maintain high quality standards and firm ethics.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 years of consulting, analytics, or strategy experience.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or Quantitative Finance (preferred).
- Experience leading strategy and diligence projects for teams.
- Ability to manage large datasets and uncover performance drivers.
- Skill in designing data models and dashboards.
- Capability to translate findings into actionable strategy insights.
- Experience collaborating with strategy specialists for client recommendations.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, or similar analytics languages.
- Expertise visualising data using modern BI tools.
- Demonstrated commercial strategy and analytics engagement experience.
Salary: $99,000 – $232,000, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and personal/family sick leave.
