Responsibilities

  • Program Support
    :
    Assist in planning, coordinating, and accomplishing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events, supporting employee volunteer programs and local outreach efforts.
  • Communications
    :
    Draft internal and external communications, support employee volunteering, CSR storytelling, and community partner engagement.
  • Data Collection and Management
    :
    Collect, run, and analyze data related to CSR programs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and continuously supervise and report on program impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    :
    Coordinate with nonprofit partners, community groups, and other collaborators; address inquiries related to CSR efforts.
  • Administrative and Logistical Tasks
    :
    Provide general administrative support to the CSR team, handle partner product donation process, and prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and summary reports.
Qualifications
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Proficient project management and event planning experience.
  • Positive demeanor and dedication to continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with the Boston area nonprofit landscape is advantageous.
  • Student status with many school hours available throughout the week.
Work Arrangements

The position is based at 1001

Boylston St., Boston, MA, and operates under a hybrid model of three days in the office per week.
