Senior Channel Operations Partner

Global software leader headquartered in the Greater Boston area seeks experienced Channel Operations professional with a strong background supporting channel partners and resellers from an operational perspective. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting a $350M reseller business across Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Australia.

In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the operational backbone of the global reseller organization, partnering with internal sales teams and external channel partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional operational excellence.

• Support and optimize a $350M global reseller business
• Build strong relationships with internal account teams and external channel partners
• Manage reseller operational processes across LATAM, APAC, and ANZ
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex channel issues within Salesforce (SFDC) and/or Net Suite
• Coordinate reseller onboarding and non-contracted reseller setup
• Drive operational improvements that enhance the partner experience and support revenue growth
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful channel execution

We re seeking a highly confident, polished Channel Operations professional who is comfortable working with senior leadership, making sound business decisions, and performing in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment. This individual should possess excellent judgment, executive presence, and the confidence to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Bachelor s degree required
• 5–7+ years of Channel Partner or Reseller Operations experience
• 2+ years supporting or managing reseller relationships
• Experience working for a global technology company is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Net Suite, or similar CRM platforms
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
