The ideal candidate for the Associate position will have the following skills, background and experience:

• Proven experience and demonstrated domain knowledge in one or more of our served markets: aerospace, defense, space, government services
• Proven experience and demonstrated functional expertise in one or more of our core functional areas: market analysis, strategy, commercial due diligence
• Minimum five years directly relevant post‑undergraduate full‑time work experience
• MBA or relevant graduate degree (policy, economics, security studies) from a top‑tier institution
• Solid academic credentials as demonstrated through GPA, class rank (top quartile), and/or GRE/GMAT scores commensurate with academic excellence
• Demonstrated quantitative aptitude
• Flexibility, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power Point
• Client and/or prior employer references strongly preferred

Prior experience in corporate strategy or M&A in aerospace, defense, or government services is strongly preferred. Candidates MUST have demonstrated experience in aerospace, defense, or government services to be considered for an Associate or Senior Associate role.

U.S. citizenship is required.
