PRODUCT MANAGER

We are currently seeking a customer focused Product Manager to join our team in Peabody, MA. In this role you will be the primary interface between external customers and internal Analogic stakeholders. The Product Manager works cross‑functionally with our Order Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Management teams to ensure timely delivery of products, provide product and market intelligence, competitive analysis and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relations:
  Direct customer contact, share responsibility for overall strategy, and manage proposal development.
• Team Meetings:
  Host and organize team meetings with customers.
• Strategic Planning:
  Provide input to business leadership for the annual operating plan and long‑term strategic plan.
• Customer Support:
  Answer customer questions, inquiries, and solve problems as they arise.
• Feedback and Improvement:
  Collect customer feedback to propose and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Business Reviews:
  Orchestrate at least quarterly business reviews with key customers.
• Market Analysis:
  Provide market input/data from customers and competitors in close cooperation with project members from the business unit.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer management or product management experience
• Experience working with aviation security or medical imaging products or capital equipment
• SAP/ERP experience required
• Experience with order management, procurement and/or logistics preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus
