Location:

Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a Product Analyst to join their team in a hybrid remote capacity. This role involves collaborating with product managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to drive product strategy, support agile processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives within a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Managers and Owners to facilitate stakeholder conversations and gather business and technical insights.
- Conduct industry, business, and technical analysis to inform product development and enhancements.
- Contribute to defining product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage stakeholder communication and decision‑making processes in accordance with governance standards.
- Promote Agile practices within business units to support organizational transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with other product teams to ensure seamless integration and manage product interdependencies.
- Partner with business leaders to adapt to changing priorities and delivery requirements across multiple products.
- Support Production Operations during incidents, including participation in product resiliency efforts.
- Drive adoption of product features through training, onboarding, and user acceptance testing (UAT and DIT).
- Collaborate with technology partners to ensure product integration aligns with the technology roadmap and interdependencies.
- Apply customer research and product design insights to backlog prioritization and feature development.
- Oversee deployment planning and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure smooth releases.
- Monitor operational KPIs post‑launch and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop deep knowledge of markets, customer objectives, key systems, and domain‑specific processes.
- Support strategic planning, requirements analysis, and roadmap development within an agile environment.
- Assist in creating product documentation, grooming backlogs, elaborating requirements, and supporting release planning.
- Facilitate demos and user feedback sessions to ensure product value and usability.
- Provide ongoing guidance on best practices for product usage and support strategic product decisions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a strategic partner with Product Owners, Business Leaders, Customers, and End Users.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and recommend solutions to meet product requirements and customer outcomes.
- Experience working within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Ability to support agile development processes, including backlog grooming, requirements elaboration, and release planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and operational KPI monitoring.
- Prior experience supporting incident response and product resiliency initiatives.
