The Operations Data & Reporting Consultant
- Supply Chain will support operational reporting, data analysis, and performance improvement initiatives across supply chain and business operations. This role will use Excel and Power BI to develop analytical models, dashboards, and KPI reporting that help stakeholders identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Perform advanced data analysis and modeling in Microsoft Excel.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze KPIs and operational performance trends.
• Create scorecards, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support inventory, planning, logistics, cost, and operational analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on reporting and analytics projects.

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, operations, finance, or business intelligence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analytical modeling.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Strong experience analyzing KPIs and operational data.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cell and gene therapy, manufacturing, or another regulated environment is preferred.
