Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships in Boston, Massachusetts.

Position Overview

Senior-level corporate fundraising and partnerships leadership role within Boston Medical Center Health System's growing Office of Development. Opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners capable of six- and seven-figure gifts and grants. Strategic role focused on cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and expansion of high-impact corporate relationships. Leadership opportunity mentoring and developing corporate partnerships staff while supporting long-term fundraising growth.

Schedule

Full-time leadership role. Corporate partnerships and donor engagement environment. In-person and virtual donor relationship management. Cross-functional collaboration with development and clinical leadership teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Role Responsibilities

Manage portfolio of corporate and foundation partnerships. Cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity corporate donors. Develop and execute multi-year partnership strategies. Lead proposal development, stewardship reporting, and partnership engagement activities. Collaborate with clinical leadership and internal stakeholders on fundraising initiatives. Track donor engagement and portfolio performance using Raiser's Edge NXT CRM. Support annual fundraising strategy, forecasting, and pipeline development. Mentor and develop corporate partnerships staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree REQUIRED. Minimum 7 years progressive development, corporate partnerships, fundraising, or sales experience REQUIRED. Proven experience managing high-capacity donor or corporate relationships REQUIRED. Strong proposal writing and donor communication skills REQUIRED. Experience managing complex partnership strategies REQUIRED. Comfortable collaborating with executive leadership and clinical stakeholders REQUIRED. Leadership and staff mentorship experience preferred. Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or comparable CRM preferred.

Strong commitment to healthcare equity and mission-driven fundraising REQUIRED.
