Global Campaign Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Global Campaign Project Manager to drive project planning, coordination, governance, and operational excellence across a complex marketing organization. This role serves as the central point of project management, ensuring initiatives are properly planned, tracked, resourced, and delivered on schedule while maintaining visibility across stakeholders and work streams.
This position is focused on project delivery, governance, and operational management and does not own campaign strategy, audience planning, execution, performance, or optimization.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination- Develop and manage project plans for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Create and maintain schedules, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, planning sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Monitor progress and communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain accurate and current project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage dependencies across teams, systems, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate handoffs between functional groups.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential delivery challenges.
- Escalate issues and facilitate resolution when obstacles arise.
Support prioritization and resource allocation decisions.
- Maintain project dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and executive communications.
- Ensure adherence to governance processes, approval workflows, and project standards.
- Provide visibility into project health, risks, timelines, and resource impacts.
- Support portfolio reviews and leadership reporting.
- Promote consistency across project management practices, templates, and processes.
- Serve as the primary owner of project visibility and governance within the organization's work management platform.
- Ensure projects, enhancements, operational activities, and campaign-related work are accurately tracked.
- Drive adoption of established work management processes and standards.
- Maintain accurate project plans, assignments, timelines, and statuses.
- Support dashboard development and reporting to improve transparency and decision‑making.
- Monitor workload distribution, team capacity, and resource utilization.
- Partner with team leaders to identify resource constraints and workload imbalances.
- Analyze utilization and workload data to support forecasting and planning efforts.
- Provide leadership with visibility into capacity, project demand, and delivery risks.
- Recommend adjustments to priorities, timelines, and resource assignments when necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration, and transparency.
- Promote disciplined project management practices and accountability.
- Standardize intake, prioritization, planning, and reporting processes.
- Align with organizational best practices and governance standards.
- Proven experience in project management, program management, or marketing operations.
- Strong experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, timeline management, dependency tracking, and risk management.
- Experience with project management and work management platforms (e.g., Wrike, Workfront, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and project status communications.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience supporting marketing, digital, or campaign‑related organizations.
- Familiarity with resource planning, capacity management, and portfolio reporting.
- Experience driving governance, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred.
- Projects are delivered on time with clear visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Stakeholders have confidence in project governance and reporting.
- Resource capacity and workload are proactively managed.
- Work management processes are consistently followed across the organization.
- Teams operate with increased transparency, efficiency, and accountability.
