About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Manager, Business Analysis to join a high-performing product delivery organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, product, operations, and technology teams to analyze business needs, identify risks, improve processes, and help deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead business analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Analyze systems, workflows, integrations, and data flows.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Create user stories, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation activities.
- Strong Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis experience.
- Experience gathering business requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Agile / Scrum experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience working with business, product, and technology teams.
