Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem‑solver who is energized by challenges?
You've come to the right place.

Your Impact

You will be part of Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) Healthcare Access, Quality & Outcomes (HALO) domain. As a member of the Capabilities & Insights team within HALO, you will deliver distinctive client impact through assets and data analyses by leveraging valuable and complex databases such as VRDC. In this role, you will have opportunities for high levels of interaction with consultants and the rest of the knowledge team.

The SHaPE practice is one of 10 industry practices within the firm and has a mission of measurably improving individuals' lives, livelihoods and health, creating safer and more just communities around the world.

  • Leverage a solid understanding of data analytics, analytical problem solving, and an interest in healthcare innovation to provide valuable insights to consulting teams and clients.
  • Work alongside senior knowledge professionals on larger client projects, client development and internal knowledge initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data from databases such as VRDC (CMS Virtual Research Data Center) to assemble analytical analyses and counsel consultants and clients on the scope of the business and economic trends for solving client problems.
  • Identify key issues for a client's problem or need and determine the most appropriate solution while balancing quality, availability, timeliness, and cost factors.
  • Perform a variety of analyses such as claims analyses, trend identification, industry profiling, growth projections, and opportunity scanning.
  • Participate in, and eventually lead, internal knowledge development and capability‑building initiatives.
  • Use advanced analytics tools to prepare and analyze large datasets to distill insights.
Your Growth

Driving lasting impact and building long‑term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high‑performance/high‑reward culture – doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.

  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You will make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions while upholding our commitment to ethics and integrity.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients.
  • World‑class benefits: In addition to a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well‑being for you and your family.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • University degree; preferably in business, finance, or economics.
  • 2+ years of analytics experience, ideally within healthcare or an adjacent industry.
  • Interest in, and/or experience with, healthcare is strongly preferred.
  • Strong modelling and analytical Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, with a focus on machine learning and advanced analytics (such as R, Python, PySpark, and Scala).
  • Experience working with large data sets and relational databases.
  • Ability to translate business requirements and excellent time‑management skills (manage estimated workload according to scope).
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
