RequiredSkills
- Proven hands‑on experience configuring and implementing Vestmark environments, beyond end‑user or product ownership roles
- Strong knowledge of portfolio accounting, books and records, and investment operations technology
- Solid understanding of investment data structures and downstream data integrations (Fact Set, Morningstar, etc.)
- Experience supporting large‑scale platform migrations, conversions, or system implementations
- Excellent analytical skills to assess complex data flows and identify downstream impacts
- Strong documentation, business analysis, and process development abilities
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across technical and business teams
- Experience migrating from legacy portfolio management platforms to Vestmark
- Previous involvement with PortfolioONE implementations
- Background in investment management, wealth management, or asset management firms
- Familiarity with outsourced investment operations environments
- Existing relationships or prior experience working with Vestmark Professional Services
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in investment operations, portfolio technology, or platform migration projects
- Hybrid work arrangement with a preference for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week; some flexibility for highly qualified candidates
- Duration: 6-9 months with potential for extension
- Approximate workload: 40 hours/week
- Compensation: $130/hr, commensurate with experience
