Technical Product Manager​/Operator

As a Technical Product Manager/Operator, you will be part of a high‑performing cohort of Product Managers and/or Architects, responsible for driving the vision and delivery of a segment of our product line. This role blends product discovery, roadmap management, delivery scheduling, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering to improve the customer experience and internal operational efficiency.

• Own product discovery, including ROI analysis and prototyping, applying best practices in product management.
• Advocate for innovation to senior leadership (Senior Vice President and Senior Director) on investment priorities.
• Manage the roadmap and delivery schedule.
• Collaborate daily with a POD team of two to three engineers, leveraging their technical and business knowledge to own outcomes.
• Perform duties typical of a Product Owner or Delivery Manager.
• Take on cross‑functional ownership beyond traditional PM boundaries, embracing AI‑innovation and disruption.

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Solution Architecture, Technical Delivery, or a similar technical role.
• Experience building internal platforms and operational tools that improve business efficiency and the customer experience, rather than focusing exclusively on customer‑facing products.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, technical environments, partnering closely with engineers, handling ambiguity, and owning the process from discovery through delivery.

Annual base salary range: $95,594 – $125,467.
