Resource Innovations is seeking an Client Success Manager (Compliance) to join our growing team in Boston, MA. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success Manager (Compliance) with a strong background in data analysis and client coordination to join our dynamic team. As a Client Success Manager (Compliance) you will build strong client relationships, lead compliance-focused program reviews, analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, manage project deliverables, and present actionable recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives, building trusted partnerships and ensuring client objectives are achieved.
• Reviews compliance dashboards, program data, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement.
• Develops and manages project plans, tracks deliverables, and coordinates stakeholders to ensure initiatives and action items are completed on schedule.
• Presents compliance reviews, key findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyzes program performance data and compliance findings to recommend process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and program integrity.
• Balances multiple client priorities and facilitates collaboration across internal teams and external partners to drive successful program outcomes and continuous improvement.
