Business Analyst – P&C Insurance / Duck Creek
Location: Boston, MA or Hartford, CT
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong P&C Insurance domain and Duck Creek experience
.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
. - Hands-on functional experience with Duck Creek – Policy, Billing, Claims, or related modules.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows, policy lifecycle, underwriting, billing, and claims
. - Experience gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
. - Work closely with business, product, development, and QA teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, UAT, and production support
.
