About the Opportunity

Provides supplier onboarding, maintenance, and relationship management support, leveraging data analysis and process automation to strengthen the organization''s vendor ecosystem. This role serves as a primary point of contact for suppliers, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding experiences, sustained supplier performance, and compliant procurement operations.

• Bachelor''s degree required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience required
• Experience administering projects, programs, and/or processes is preferred
• Experience with Jaggaer or Workday Finance is preferred

• Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, including documentation collection, system setup, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely activation of new vendors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records, certifications, and compliance documentation within procurement systems.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned supplier portfolio, fostering strong partnerships and resolving issues proactively.
• Conduct supplier performance analyses to evaluate vendor health, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the supplier lifecycle.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of automation initiatives that streamline supplier onboarding, maintenance, and communication workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate supplier needs and align vendor capabilities with organizational goals.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and risk management activities to ensure continuity of supply.
• Other duties as assigned
