SummaryThe Associate Manager ensures high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction, managing service delivery, staffing, performance, financial reporting, and client relations.
Essential Functions- Deliver exceptional guest service consistently on all shifts, set a positive example, and empower associates.
- Allocate labor resources efficiently and adjust staffing based on business conditions.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and onboarding of associates.
- Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop working relationships with client staff, maintain communication, and meet client expectations.
- Drive business metrics, forecast, manage productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover; ensure accurate revenue collection and reports.
- Maintain controls for scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; one year of related hospitality experience required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Knowledge of Towne Park policies, safety procedures, claim check, ticketing, and key box training.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and HIPAA compliance.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, enforce safety, and maintain composure.
The manager operates independently with minimal supervision, makes day‑to‑day decisions affecting operations and finances, and is responsible for hiring, disciplinary actions, and budget control.
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $52,800–$79,200.
- Potential annual incentive bonuses.

The role requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Occasional exposure to inclement weather and a 10% travel requirement.
