Senior Associate – Evergreen Operations
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join the Evergreen Solutions operations team. The role supports the head of Non‑US Evergreen Operations in overseeing Non‑US evergreen vehicles and SMA’s, delivering operational oversight and driving continuous improvement of processes.
Hybrid work arrangement: 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day operational oversight for non‑US evergreen products, ensuring core fund routines are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Advise on opportunities to advance analytics for internal and external reporting, with particular focus on evergreen credit.
- Partner with sales, investment specialists and distribution specialists to evaluate commercial opportunities and drive implementation of operating models and solutions.
- Support and improve operating efficiency of the share‑class hedging program.
- Own product dashboard production process and contribute to data projects, building self‑serve capabilities.
- Integrate AI tools into processes and analysis opportunistically.
- Support liquidity management and business‑management modelling.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations and Product teams to support DDQs, ODD meetings, platform due diligence, and investor queries related to product operations and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the enhancement of operating models, controls and documentation frameworks for evergreen products.
- Promote an entrepreneurial mentality, fostering creativity and innovation.

- Demonstrated achievements in scaling and driving technological improvements.
- Highly attentive to detail while understanding the big picture.
- Ability to craft communication tailored to the audience.
- Process‑driven, execution‑minded with excellent organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong stakeholder‑management capability.
- English required; additional languages a plus.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Education:
Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or equivalent. - 5–8 years of experience in fund/product or investment operations or a related role within private markets (private credit, private equity), evergreen funds or mutual funds. Experienced knowledge of credit/private credit a plus.
Base salary range: $ - $ (USD). The role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and firm performance, with potential eligibility for long‑term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package including retirement, health, insurance, paid time off and wellness programs.
