Company OverviewA leading national insurance carrier is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to help drive modernization efforts across its policy administration and billing platforms. This role will focus on delivering enterprise technology solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Responsibilities- Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for billing, policy administration, payments, collections, and customer servicing platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and architects to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and product backlogs.
- Leverage data, customer feedback, and emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud) to optimize product outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams and communicate product priorities to both technical and business audiences.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience leading complex enterprise technology products.
- Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from strategy through implementation.
- Strong background working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience partnering closely with software engineering and architecture teams.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Preferred:
Insurance, financial services, policy administration, billing platforms, or other regulated industry experience. - Familiarity with digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
