Here’s what you’ll do Project management and team collaboration- Serves as core operational support for account leadership, keeping projects on track and coordinating with internal teams.
- Proactively problem-solves timeline/deliverable changes or issues.
- Coordinates project logistics, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and tracking deliverables across multiple clients.
- Coordinates internal creative reviews and facilitates feedback loops between clients and creative teams.
- Prepares client meeting materials, takes detailed notes, and distributes follow-up documentation.
- Maintains organized project files and documentation in project management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and catching all typos.
- Acts as the first set of eyes on strategy and creative assets, making sure assets are accurate based on the task description or creative brief. Works through basic edits with the teams and creates a list of questions for account leadership to decide on.
- Shifts priorities as new information becomes available and communicates this to account leadership.
- Demonstrates calm, professionalism, and flexibility when priorities shift.
- Communicates clearly, asks smart questions, and takes initiative to solve problems before they escape.
