Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for Patient CRM, you will be the primary architect of the patient‑centric vision within our broader Vault CRM ecosystem. You will collaborate with the wider Vault CRM PM team to ensure the core platform, including AI agents, mobile capabilities, and data architecture, evolves to meet the unique, highly sensitive requirements of Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Patient Services.

You will act as the subject matter expert and advocate, driving a dedicated roadmap that bridges the gap between traditional CRM functionality and specialized patient engagement, adherence, and enrollment workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the Patient CRM

    Roadmap:

    Own the strategy and delivery of the features specific to patient recruitment, enrollment, and long‑term engagement processes.
  • Collaborate Across Product Teams: Partner with the wider Vault CRM PM organization to incorporate patient‑specific requirements into the core platform. Ensure core capabilities are optimized for the high‑touch, high‑security nature of patient services.
  • Industry Representation & Thought Leadership: Represent the product team at Patient Services and Hub‑focused events, sharing our vision for patient orchestration and gathering market intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Requirement Synthesis: Translate the complexities of patient journeys, including reimbursement, clinical trial support, and therapy adherence, into technical specifications.
  • AI & Intelligent Orchestration: Partner with the AI PM team to build agents that help patient case managers and support teams interact with patients more empathetically and efficiently.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Work with UX, engineering, QA, and services teams to guide features from initial concept and design to global release and customer adoption.
Qualifications
  • Health Tech Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Patient Services, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, or Product Management for patient‑specific software. Deep understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and patient privacy regulations.
  • Software Product Management: 3+ years of PM experience at a software company, with a proven track record of owning and launching enterprise‑grade SaaS products.
  • Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to work across multiple product teams to influence roadmaps and drive shared goals in a complex, matrixed PM environment.
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a "show me the data" mindset to uncover the "why" behind customer needs.
  • Technical Execution: Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Communication: Superior ability to translate patient services language into technical requirements for developers and executive‑level visions for customers.
  • Experience with conversational AI, recommendation engines, or large language models (LLMs)
  • Deep knowledge of benefit verification, prior authorization and co‑pay assistance
  • Experience with configurable enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Prior exposure to the Veeva Vault Platform.
  • Background in software development or computer science.

Compensation

Base pay: $120,000 - $200,000. The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
