Chief of Staff to $300K - Become a Strategic Partner!

Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with senior executives on high-priority initiatives, strategic planning, and business growth opportunities. In this role, you will act as an extension of leadership, driving execution across a diverse portfolio of projects while helping evaluate and launch new initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, or strategic operating roles, along with an MBA and a track record of leading complex projects.

• Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor and representative to senior leadership; driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution; leading business analysis, financial modeling, and market research to support decision-making; managing cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders; helping evaluate, structure, and launch new business ventures; preparing executive-level presentations, investment materials, and strategic recommendations; supporting talent acquisition and organizational planning for emerging initiatives;
  
  and improving operating processes, communication flow, and overall business effectiveness.
• The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience in consulting, private equity or venture capital; exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills; experience partnering closely with founders, executives, or investment professionals; proven success leading high-impact projects in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments; outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities; and the judgment, discretion, and executive presence necessary to operate as a trusted extension of leadership.
