Quadient's Product Operations team drives the heartbeat of our Product & R&D organization by turning data, process, and tooling into clear insights for leadership. As a Business Analyst, you will own dashboards, KPIs, and cross-functional reporting across CCM/CXM, Financial Automation, and eInvoicing.
You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and R&D to develop meaningful metrics, support budgeting and planning, and model scenarios in a global SaaS environment, enabling data-driven decisions.
