Product Manager

The Product Manager is a critical position responsible for driving the success of key initiatives within the PBM Product Innovation Team. The ideal candidate has experience or interest in digital health, marketing, commercialization of healthcare products, and partnership experience. They will be skilled with the ability to implement and manage effective, scalable, and measurable point solutions that meet the requirements of our stakeholders while continuously making process improvements.

Implementing actionable plans, managing multiple projects, and reporting results will be daily functions of the role. Candidate should also have the ability to prioritize work items and work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Product Team with financial, administrative and commercialization support work
  • Execute and track invoicing and payment activities, checking accounting records for accuracy, maintain system for organized financial documents, conduct audits when necessary
  • Be able to successfully research and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Be able to prepare financial reports for team and leadership
  • Manage daily operations and provides high-level support to management including
    • Calendar management
    • Maintaining files and records (i.e. contracts, collateral, financial documents, travel expenses)
    • Managing confidential records and files across multiple platforms
  • Commercialization support
    • Manage pipelines, websites, reporting
    • Create and pull reporting to support internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency, clarity, and solution quality.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
  • 3 + years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • 5 + years of relevant work experience
  • 3 + years proficient in using spreadsheets and accounting tools to product key financial reports
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Analytical skills to identify error and discrepancies
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and working work independently and as a part of a team
  • Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through influence and collaboration.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
