In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.
We are seeking a driven and organized Program Manager to join our Central Program Management Office (CPMO). This role owns moderately complex, cross-functional programs spanning New Product Development, Beverage Innovation, and Go-to-Market Launch execution. Operating with meaningful autonomy, the Program Manager leads end-to-end delivery across teams including Hardware, Software, Beverage, Manufacturing, and GTM—ensuring programs stay on track, risks are surfaced early, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout.

The Program Manager will drive cross-functional alignment and work autonomously on independent initiatives, while beginning to leverage data and structured recommendations to influence key decisions.
Your Day To Day- Own independent work streams tied to the end-to-end execution of NPD, Beverage Innovation, and GTM Launch programs—from kick-off through successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and milestone trackers that integrate dependencies across Hardware, Software, Beverage, and Manufacturing work streams.
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams; ensure tasks, timelines, and deliverables are progressing as expected.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and blockers, escalating to leadership with clear context and recommended paths forward.
- Balance short-term execution needs with overall program health and quality outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Beverage, Manufacturing, Quality, and GTM teams to align on goals, timelines, and priorities.
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently to diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Begin influencing decisions through data, context, and structured recommendations.
Required
- 2–7 years of experience in program or project management, with a track record of successfully delivering cross-functional programs on time and on scope.
- Demonstrated execution discipline: strong organizational skills, reliable follow-through, and comfort driving accountability without direct authority.
- Experience managing programs that span multiple teams or functions, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey program status clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems independently and apply structured thinking to drive outcomes.
- Hybrid role based in Charlestown (Boston), requiring 2–3 days per week on-site in our office
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (relevant experience may substitute).
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Pay Range $124,100 — $153,300 USD
