Program Manager

Bevi is on a mission to transform how beverages are delivered and consumed. Our connected beverage platform eliminates the need for single-use bottles and cans, making it easy, fun, and sustainable to stay hydrated. As the category leader in IoT-enabled beverage technology, we're building a future where Bevi machines are everywhere people live, work, and connect. We've raised over $160M in venture capital, serve thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK and Ireland, and we've been rapidly growing year over year, saving over 1 billion bottles from waste.

In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.

We are seeking a driven and organized Program Manager to join our Central Program Management Office (CPMO). This role owns moderately complex, cross-functional programs spanning New Product Development, Beverage Innovation, and Go-to-Market Launch execution. Operating with meaningful autonomy, the Program Manager leads end-to-end delivery across teams including Hardware, Software, Beverage, Manufacturing, and GTM—ensuring programs stay on track, risks are surfaced early, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout.

The ideal candidate is execution-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accountability and clarity drive results.

The Program Manager will drive cross-functional alignment and work autonomously on independent initiatives, while beginning to leverage data and structured recommendations to influence key decisions.

Your Day To Day
  • Own independent work streams tied to the end-to-end execution of NPD, Beverage Innovation, and GTM Launch programs—from kick-off through successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and milestone trackers that integrate dependencies across Hardware, Software, Beverage, and Manufacturing work streams.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams; ensure tasks, timelines, and deliverables are progressing as expected.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and blockers, escalating to leadership with clear context and recommended paths forward.
  • Balance short-term execution needs with overall program health and quality outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Beverage, Manufacturing, Quality, and GTM teams to align on goals, timelines, and priorities.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently to diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Begin influencing decisions through data, context, and structured recommendations.
Requirements

Required

  • 2–7 years of experience in program or project management, with a track record of successfully delivering cross-functional programs on time and on scope.
  • Demonstrated execution discipline: strong organizational skills, reliable follow-through, and comfort driving accountability without direct authority.
  • Experience managing programs that span multiple teams or functions, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey program status clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems independently and apply structured thinking to drive outcomes.
  • Hybrid role based in Charlestown (Boston), requiring 2–3 days per week on-site in our office

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (relevant experience may substitute).
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Pay Range $124,100 — $153,300 USD

Benefits:
  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield, 95% paid by employer
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible PTO plus 12 company holidays, and additional paid days for sick leave, etc
  • Generous fully paid parental leave for both birth parents and non-birth parents
  • Fully employer paid disability and life insurances
  • Wellness and fitness reimbursements
  • Monthly stipends for cell phone use and commuting costs
  • Onsite snacks, weekly catered lunch,…
