Position:
Project & Contract Finance Specialist
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts (On-site)
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary plus bonus

The Opportunity: This is a hands-on Project Finance Specialist role focused on supporting the full lifecycle of contract and billing administration.
Responsibilities- review construction project contracts to ensure adherence to billing terms and compliance requirements.
- Maintain project database.
- reconcile project costs and billings to the general ledger.
- monitor and pursue aging receivables.
- serve as liaison between the finance team and project managers.
- 3+ years’ construction AIA billing and contract administration experience.
- experience with construction ERP systems
- previous involvement in ERP implementation and business process improvement initiatives
