Implementation and Onboarding Specialist Role Summary
Integrated Partners is seeking an Implementation and Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding and successful launch of new advisory teams joining our growing firm.
This role will own key implementation work streams across custodial setup, operational training, onboarding execution, technology due diligence, and third-party platform coordination. You’ll work directly with advisors, client service teams, custodians, vendors, and internal stakeholders to help deliver a seamless, white-glove transition and onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in RIA operations, client service, or custodial operations and is looking to broaden their experience beyond supporting a single advisory practice. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to multiple advisory teams, custodians, technology platforms, and operational models while playing an important role in the continued growth of Integrated Partners.

Primary Responsibilities- Custodial Setup & Operational Readiness:
Own pre- and post-affiliation operational training for client service teams across Schwab, Fidelity, and Integrated workflows, including LPOAs, Add Advisor Forms, Investment Advisory Agreements, Docu Sign, and other core operational processes. Help ensure each transitioning team is prepared to operate efficiently and confidently from day one. - Transition Project Management:
Manage high-touch transition initiatives, coordinating across advisors, custodians, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver a white-glove onboarding experience. Track deliverables, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive issues to resolution. - Onboarding Execution:
Own the operational onboarding of new team members joining Integrated, ensuring required setup across systems, workflows, client servicing processes, and billing. Confirm that key onboarding milestones are completed accurately and on schedule. - Affiliation Day Support:
Serve as a dedicated operational resource on affiliation day, providing real-time support to client service teams, troubleshooting issues, answering operational questions, and helping keep the transition moving smoothly. - Coordinate transition-related technology due diligence from kickoff through completion, working with vendors, internal IT, and other stakeholders to support timely review and approval of technology needed for affiliation.
- Third-Party Platform Coordination:
Coordinate onboarding and implementation with SMA managers, annuity providers, retirement plan recordkeepers, 529 sponsors, and other third-party partners. Support selling agreements, operational setup, and data-feed onboarding to ensure successful integration with Integrated’s platform and service model.
- 2–4 years of experience in RIA operations, client service, custodial operations, or a related wealth management role
- Working knowledge of custodial workflows, account setup, and advisory operations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution
- Strong communicator who can work effectively with advisors, client service teams, custodians, vendors, and internal partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly
- Interested in expanding their knowledge across the RIA ecosystem and taking on increasing responsibility over time

$65,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
