Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Solutions Specialist to join our Project Management team . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving successful end-to-end project outcomes across a high-volume portfolio by delivering quality Statements of Work and tailored solutions . You will work alongside a collaborative group of project professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and operational excellence .
What You'll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead and manage a portfolio of 50 to 60 concurrent projects, delivering key outputs such as detailed project plans, Statements of Work, status reports, and post-project evaluations on time and within scope .
Collaborate with clients, internal cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to identify project requirements, resolve challenges, and deliver tailored business solutions .
Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards, workflow best practices, and continuous process improvements .
The ideal candidate will have:
2 to 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field .
Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce, Google Workspace platforms, and Smartsheet .
Proven ability in multi-project prioritization, stakeholder communication, organizational leadership, and managing dynamic workloads .
A Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related discipline is preferred .

Reasonably expected salary range: $75,300.00 - $94,100.00
Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
