Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of enterprise GCM initiatives (scope, milestones, dependencies, decision points, ownership, critical path).
  • Establish and maintain integrated program plans across work streams for visibility into progress, risks, resources, financial implications, and delivery outcomes.
  • Drive disciplined execution via governance forums, executive-ready materials, decision tracking, action management, and proactive escalation of issues.
  • Partner with senior functional/GCC leadership and stakeholders (Finance, HR, DD&T, Legal, Transition Management, Change Management, external partners) to align priorities and resolve interdependencies.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to translate program activity into insights, trade-offs, recommendations, and executive narratives.
  • Manage portfolio-level risk, issues, dependencies, and mitigations with clear accountability.
  • Oversee financial governance (budget tracking, variance analysis, service delivery implications, investment/value recommendations).
  • Embed business continuity into planning, transition activities, governance materials, and leadership updates.
Education & Experience (Required/Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years leading large-scale enterprise programs/transformations/operating model implementations (ideally GBS/GCC).
  • Professional certification in project/program/portfolio/transformation/change management preferred.
Skills/Competencies (Required)
  • Enterprise program/portfolio governance, scalable operating routines, and executive decision enablement.
  • Advanced risk/issue/dependency and business continuity management; escalation and executive-level risk communication.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, executive reporting, project tracking, and portfolio management.
  • Executive presence; ability to influence across a global matrix; strategic, organized, outcome-oriented; strong communication.
