Key
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a single, current view of the AI transformation portfolio (purpose, scope, status, timing, expected value, readiness, risks, dependencies).
- Prioritize and sequence AI reinvention projects based on strategic importance, value, readiness, risk, dependencies, and organizational capacity.
- Design and facilitate investment governance to accelerate, pause, resequence, or stop work.
- Identify and manage interdependencies across projects, teams, timelines, and resources.
- Align sponsors and functional leaders on priorities, responsibilities, decisions, and expectations.
- Provide executive reporting and decision support with evidence, scenarios, models, and recommendations.
- Partner with Finance, Data Technology & Engineering, Workforce Strategy & Innovation, AI Transformation Operations, and functional leaders to align funding, resources, capacity, and workforce readiness.
- Refresh the portfolio as priorities, evidence, technology, and external developments change.
- Enterprise portfolio strategy, investment governance, prioritization/sequencing, portfolio-performance management.
- Strong analytical/strategic thinking; integrate competing/incomplete information into evidence-based recommendations.
- Financial/business acumen; interpret value cases and capacity constraints.
- Build/interprete portfolio models, scenarios, decision frameworks, and executive views.
- Executive communication/data storytelling; strong cross-functional influence.
- Responsible AI fluency to apply AI to research, analysis, and scenario development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/strategy/economics/engineering/analytics or related field (or relevant experience).
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Typically 12+ years experience in enterprise portfolio/corporate strategy, strategic finance, investment governance, or transformation strategy (or equivalent).
- Experience prioritizing/sequencing complex enterprise transformations and facilitating governance for consequential decisions.
Pay Range: $227,200 - $340,800
