Program Management Oversight (PMO) Specialist

We are currently seeking candidates for a Program Management Oversight Professional opportunity with a highly successful financial services firm located in Boston, MA. The Program Management Oversight Professional will be responsible for overseeing project budgets and financials, monitoring software licenses and vendor agreements, and ensuring proper setup within the vendor management systems.

This is a 6-month contract role paying between $40-$42/hour (depending on experience). This is a hybrid role requiring an onsite presence in Boston, MA.

• Retain up-to-date and accurate core data within the program and across multiple projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to define, track, and maintain status reporting and deliverables
• Oversee project budgets and financials to guarantee initiatives stay within approved funding
• Assure proper setup within the vendor management system and support fixed-price contracts
• Oversee fixed-price and time-and-material contract renewals
• Ensure accurate resource information and team rosters
• Monitor software licenses and vendor agreements through all stages
• Partake in the ongoing and annual budgeting process
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee program objectives and deliverables are met
• Provide additional support as needed

• Experience in Program Management Oversight, preferably in a large IT organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Beeline (Vendor Management), Clarity (Program Management), and Oracle Purchasing is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple priorities
