Business Development Coordinator

Business Development Coordinator to $80k - Join a Prestigious Professional Services Firm!

Our client, a highly respected professional services organization, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support key growth initiatives and strengthen client engagement efforts. This role will assist with proposals, presentations, marketing materials, industry submissions, events, and strategic business development projects while partnering closely with senior professionals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of marketing or business development experience, preferably within a law firm or other professional services environment.

• Responsibilities include preparing client pitches, proposals, and RFP responses; supporting business development plans and strategic growth initiatives; coordinating meetings, budgets, and ongoing projects for assigned practice areas; maintaining marketing collateral, attorney biographies, experience databases, and website content; assisting with industry rankings, award submissions, and market research projects; coordinating conference, sponsorship, and event participation; tracking business development activity and reporting on outcomes;
  
  and collaborating with internal departments to gather information for client-facing materials.
• The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of marketing or business development experience; prior experience within a law firm or professional services organization preferred; strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities; exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to build relationships with senior professionals and stakeholders; experience working with CRM platforms and content management systems; advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel;
  
  and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
